The Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care is a pivotal role based in Berkshire, with day and night shifts and travel to Reading/In-Patient Unit in South Oxfordshire. You will assess, support and advocate for patients and carers facing life-limiting illnesses, providing expert clinical advice and guiding families and professionals.
Applicants should be an NMC-registered General/Adult Nurse with a Full UK driving licence and a commitment to pursuing Non-Medical Prescribing.
