All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a dedicated Community Palliative Care Team. You will support patients with complex palliative and end-of-life needs across community and hospice settings, delivering expert clinical care with compassion and dignity.
Essentially, you will hold an NMC registration as an RGN, have at least two years post-registration experience, and prior palliative or end-of-life care exposure.
