Some supernumerary hours included About the Role As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety and clinical governance. Requirements for Clinical Lead Nurse
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
* Previous nursing home experience
* Experience in a Clinical Lead Nurse or senior nursing position
* Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
* Ability to support and supervise nursing and care staff
