Are you a Registered Nurse looking for your next step as a Clinical Deputy Manager or Deputy Home Manager within an elderly nursing home?
We are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager / Deputy Manager to join a well-established and welcoming elderly nursing home in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RGN / Registered General Nurse with strong nursing home experience to take a senior clinical leadership role within a supportive environment where you will have the autonomy to make a genuine difference.
With 2 supernumerary days each week, you'll have dedicated time away from the floor to lead your team, support clinical governance and focus on maintaining high standards of care.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursing home and provide strong clinical leadership across the service.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred nursing care, while supporting, developing and leading the nursing and care teams.
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager, Clinical Deputy Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse who is passionate about elderly nursing care.
To be considered, you will:
- Be a qualified RGN / Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Have previous experience within an elderly nursing home or care home.
- Have experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse.
- Have strong clinical leadership and people management skills.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Have a hands-on and supportive approach to leadership.
- Be confident working alongside residents, relatives, nursing staff and wider care teams.
