Overnight Nursing Deputy Manager | Care Leader
Wood Care Group is seeking a Deputy Nursing Manager at Northfield to lead the nursing team and support the Home Manager. This role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care in line with NMC guidelines and company policy while managing staff, schedules and reporting.
You will work nights (20:00–08:00) two days per week, require an active NMC pin and the right to work in the UK, and contribute to care planning and governance within a supportive home environment.
