Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

• Experience of managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience of using hand‑held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• A valid drivers licence is essential

• Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
• Working within a small team
• Customer service interaction to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out
• Company van and mobile iPad are all provided
• Vehicle checks

A well‑established grounds maintenance organisation with a strong nationwide presence across the UK, offering training and development, rewarding hard work and strong core values that promote a good working environment for staff. Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.

£30k‑£40k + based on 48‑hour per week pay through an annualised hours programme (overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed).
