Are you an experienced Gardener who takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team, responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of gardens and landscaped areas across a variety of sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for horticulture and grounds maintenance who enjoys working outdoors throughout the year.

• General garden maintenance, including mowing, strimming, edging, and hedge cutting.
• Planting, pruning, weeding, and seasonal garden care.
• Maintaining flower beds, borders, shrubs, and trees.
• Lawn care including feeding, aeration, and turf maintenance.
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and machinery safely.
• Identifying and reporting plant health issues.
• Keeping outdoor areas tidy, safe, and visually appealing.
• Assisting with landscaping and garden improvement projects.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.

• Previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture.
• Good knowledge of plants, shrubs, and seasonal garden maintenance.
• Experience using gardening tools and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
