This leading award winning Landscaping contractor client is seeking an experienced and passionate Gardener to join the team full-time working on a 100 acre high spec site
As the successful candidate you will have a good level of horticultural knowledge for the ongoing care and maintenance of beautifully designed, high-end private site in the Reading area.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out regular maintenance tasks including pruning, weeding, feeding, seasonal planting, and pest/disease control
- Use and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure all works are conducted safely and respectfully
- Work collaboratively and professionally with team members
- Minimum 2 years' experience in garden maintenance (estates preferred)
- Good plant knowledge and strong horticultural skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work well independently and as part of a small team
- Good communication
- Physically fit and prepared to work in all weather
- UK driving license preferred (not essential)
