Lifeguard & Poolside Activities Lead; Summer
Butlin's is seeking qualified lifeguards for the summer season across our UK resorts. Contracts are 3–6 months with flexible hours to suit you, and you’ll help open our Splash Waterworld to families while ensuring safety around pools and slides.
You’ll supervise wave pools and slides, run poolside activities, and create memorable moments for guests. An NPLQ qualification and strong swimming ability are essential, along with teamwork and staying calm under pressure.
