Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support a range of high‑integrity engineering projects based in Reading. This role offers a 1‑year contract, hybrid working and a negotiable rate, making it an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to contribute to technically complex and highly regulated programmes.

As a Quality Engineer
, you will play an important role in delivering QA/QC activities across the full project lifecycle — from kick‑off through to completion. You will review documentation, conduct inspections, support testing activities and ensure all outputs meet stringent quality requirements.

• Review and accept procedures and documentation in line with QC1 requirements.
• Carry out QC inspections in line with approved ITPs.
• Conduct ongoing reviews and final acceptance of LTRs.
• Perform final release inspections.
• Witness tests and attend relevant project meetings.
• Proven experience in Quality Engineering and/or QC Inspection.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, documentation and site‑based quality activities.
• Ability to manage quality activities across the project lifecycle.
