MBNL manages the mobile infrastructure that keeps Digital Britain connected. As the UK’s largest network‑sharing joint venture, we’re transforming how mobile networks are built, maintained, and assured.

We’re looking for an Assurance Analyst to join our Operational Services team, supporting the Inspection & Maintenance programme that keeps our passive infrastructure safe, compliant, and performing at its best.

• Validate supplier inspection and maintenance data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Check evidence, condition scores, and data quality against MBNL standards
• Produce clear, evidence‑based reports highlighting issues and non‑compliance
• Support Delivery and Service Managers with insights that drive supplier performance
• Run sample checks (10–20%) and maintain a strong audit trail
• Develop scripts/reports to improve data completeness and assurance coverage
• Champion continuous improvement and the MBNL way of working

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI, SQL, Excel or similar
• Ability to interpret large data sets and spot inconsistencies or risks
• Clear written communication for reporting and supplier feedback
• Understanding of mobile infrastructure or field‑based inspection/maintenance (beneficial)
• Interest in using automation/AI to enhance assurance processes
