Premier Group is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer for a hybrid role near Reading. You will support continuous improvement across internal quality processes and supplier performance, investigating issues, implementing corrective actions and driving Lean initiatives.
You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Purchasing to ensure products meet customer expectations, while performing supplier audits and maintaining quality documentation. Travel to supplier sites is required.
