LV= Life and Pensions is hiring a Quality Assurance Officer for the Retirement Advice department on a permanent part-time basis of 21 hours per week. The role focuses on independent QA of regulated advice and non-advisory sales processes, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and delivering good customer outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have FCA knowledge, experience in quality assessments of retirement/investment advice, and strong data-driven analysis.
