Real Estate Associate
Rupert James Real Estate is expanding its Associate Network and is seeking commercially minded Off-Market Real Estate Associates to operate within our private, AI-powered property and finance platform.
This role is focused on relationship-led deal making, not traditional agency administration. Associates leverage our proprietary technology to receive AI-matched off-market opportunities, allowing them to concentrate on negotiations, client relationships and progressing transactions through to completion.
This is a self-employed, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, offering flexibility, scale and access to high-quality off-market deal flow across residential, commercial, land & development and finance.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and manage AI-matched off-market property and finance opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers and professional intermediaries.
- Lead negotiations to secure commercially favourable outcomes for all parties.
- Progress transactions through to completion using Rupert James’ structured deal platform.
- Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors, lenders and other professional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Present opportunities clearly and professionally to qualified buyers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate deal records and pipeline visibility through the centralised CRM system.
- Expand personal and platform reach through referrals and affiliate introductions.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate, finance, sales or business development.
- Understanding of off-market transactions or discreet deal environments preferred.li>
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Professional, discreet and commercially astute.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live transactions.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a self-employed, commission-driven role.
- Familiarity with platform-led or subscription-based business models is advantageous.
