We are on the hunt for a Sales Progressor with previous estate agency or conveyancing experience and a strong knowledge of the property sales process to manage a sales pipelines, communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, and deliver dependable client service in a busy Reading based estate agency.

This role is ideal for someone with previous estate agency or residential sales progression experience who is looking for a Monday to Friday role and who thrives on accuracy, communication and managing a property sale from offer to completion.

You will work closely with clients, solicitors, mortgage advisors and other partners to ensure each transaction progresses smoothly and within required timescales.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Managing sales from offer through to completion
  • Updating clients regularly on progress and timescales
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and external agencies
  • Monitoring and supporting all parties within a sales chain
  • Ensuring documentation and processes are completed accurately
  • Delivering high‑level customer service throughout the transactioni
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may delay completion
