Lettings Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
Meeting and communicating with applicants in a professional and friendly manner
Providing information about properties and answering questions
Coordinating viewing appointments and managing your daily schedule
Assisting with general lettings administration and property-related tasks
Liaising with landlords, tenants and colleagues as required
Carrying out basic property checks and reporting any issues
Helping the wider lettings team wherever required

About You

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - essential
Previous experience in lettings, property, sales or customer service is desirable but not essential
Confident and professional when dealing with customers
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual and able to manage your own time
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Presentable and personable, with a positive attitude
Able to work flexibly around viewing appointments
