Property Management Recruitment is partnering with an established residential business venturing into Build to Rent. This is a brand-new role to lead the launch of a BTR operation within a 160-apartment block on a residential estate, shaping the rental service from scratch.
The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, overseeing the full lettings lifecycle, compliance, and acting as the in-house BTR expert who guides a team new to the sector.
