DEVERELL SMITH is recruiting a Junior Property Manager for a growing Build to Rent platform delivering high-quality residential homes across the UK. Hybrid role in Reading with 1 day WFH, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Salary £30,000 plus bonus.
You will coordinate maintenance across properties, manage contractor relationships, support void management, and help ensure resident satisfaction while developing your career in property management and Build to Rent.
