Lettings Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and attend property viewings, providing prospective tenants with a professional and welcoming experience.
• Act as a friendly and professional front-of-house representative, welcoming visitors and dealing with enquiries in person, over the phone and by email.
• Manage viewing appointments and coordinate access to properties with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Drive to properties to conduct viewings, inspections and other lettings-related duties.
• Assist with the day-to-day administration of the lettings process, ensuring properties are marketed and managed efficiently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant and landlord enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of viewings, applicants and property information.
• Follow up with prospective tenants after viewings and provide feedback to the relevant team members.
• Assist with property marketing, including preparing listings and ensuring property details are accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and other members of the team to ensure a smooth lettings service.
• Support the wider lettings team with general administration and other duties as required
