Laboratory Analyst

A highly successful contract testing organisation are seeking a Graduate Laboratory Analyst to join the team at their site near Reading. The company provides analytical testing services to the Chemical Industry and you will be working on a variety of client studies. • Permanent, Full Time (Mon‑Fri 9-5, 37.5 hours per week) £24,000pa.
• Lab Based analytical work utilising a range of bench and chromatographic techniques.
• Completion of related documentation and data interpretation.
• Work closely with study directors and other scientists to ensure client studies are delivered on time to an excellent standard of quality.

• Educated to Degree level or above in a relevant discipline.
• Practical laboratory experience and good basic lab/bench skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, investigative and analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Highly Advantageous but not essential – Practical experience with HPLC + GC and knowledge of GLP.
