Chef Manager / Salary: up to 36,000 / Monday to Friday
We're looking for an experienced Chef Manager to lead a dedicated catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering high‑quality food and service.
As Chef Manager, you'll oversee the day-to‑day running of the staff dining and hospitality operation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellence every day
- Control costs and stock levels while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Support hospitality and events as required
- Proven management experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for great food and a positive, can‑do attitude
