What You'll Do
Champion daily bakery production with an unwavering focus on quality, consistency, and freshness.
Create and develop new products, seasonal specials, and innovative bakery lines that excite customers.
Mentor, train, and inspire junior bakers to grow their skills and confidence.
Maintain a beautifully organised kitchen with top‑tier hygiene and food safety standards.
What You'll Bring
Solid professional experience in bakery and pastry within a commercial kitchen.
