Premier Inn Reading Winnersh is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders, lead busy services and ensure audit-ready standards. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager to own food quality and hygiene while building the skills to progress toward Head Chef.
The role is hands-on leadership with a clear path, offering development in one of the UK’s leading hospitality brands, Whitbread.
