Premier Inn Reading Winnersh is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader in Reading. You will run the kitchen day-to-day, manage rotas, place food orders, lead busy services, and ensure audit-ready standards. This hands-on role builds toward senior kitchen management with Whitbread, the UK’s leading hospitality group.
You’ll own food ordering, stock control and costs, while guiding the team through service and maintaining quality across the menu. A strong focus on hygiene is essential.
