Zizzi Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Supervisor or Shift Leader to manage key sections such as the bar, food pass, or hosting during peak shifts, and to run the restaurant during quieter periods in Reading. This role places you at the heart of our frontline leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will oversee guest experience, uphold standards, lead a Front of House team, and benefit from flexible hours, wage streaming, staff discounts, and healthcare perks.
