The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee front-of-house service at Basildon Park, Reading. You’ll lead a busy cafe team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and support training and induction for colleagues.
Hours are 37.5 per week with weekend and late openings as required. A strong emphasis on customer service, team leadership, and adaptability will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
