Restaurant Assistant Manager

• Experience overseeing a busy restaurant service environment
• This is a floor-based position where you will ensure smooth operation at all times
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• You would be required to co-ordinate staff rotas, co-ordinate cleaning,
  as well as assisting with stock management/orders
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operational running of the site
• Training junior/new team members

• You must be well organised
• Proven track record of managing a team
• Fluent English in spoken & written and good Administration skills
• H & S knowledge, food handling and liquor laws
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
