We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers during the seasonal period. You will work within a team to achieve sales and KPI targets while maintaining a high standard of store appearance and customer service.

• Deliver a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in‑store promotions and store processes.
• Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and where possible exceeded.
• Utilise in‑store devices and offer the full product range, including add‑on sales at every opportunity.
• Replenish stock levels promptly to keep the full‑size range available on the shop floor.
• Ensure products are priced correctly.
• Deputise for other staff, work within departments or carry out other duties as required.
• Represent JD Sports in a professional manner at all times.
• Conduct your work safely and responsibly.
• Support store financial goals by providing exceptional service to retain customers and drive sales.
