KeyholderOverview
The Keyholder’s main responsibility is to assist the management team to maximise sales and profitability while supporting and retaining a high‑performing team.
About You- Able to deliver a ‘customer first’ experience, demonstrating the leadership to coach and motivate the team
- Able to understand and analyse commercial reports to drive business opportunities
- Able to identify key performance behaviours and competencies within the team
- Strong prioritising, organisational and communication skills

- Provide product training and knowledge to deliver unbiased customer advice
- Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge
- Support stock file accuracy – adhere to all stock handling policies to minimise loss
- Ensure team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Communicate clearly and concisely with all internal and external partners to drive business opportunities
- Analyze business reports to review weekly, monthly and yearly performance
- Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable environment for employees to thrive
- Observe and communicate performance‑related feedback in a timely manner to management
- Lead, motivate and inspire the team – be a role model!
- Ensure the store is maintained in line with company policy and procedure
