Key Responsibilities of Store Manager:
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive brand loyalty. Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales and service goals. Manage store operations efficiently, including stock, rotas, and merchandising. Maintain the highest standards of compliance, health & safety, and store presentation. Analyse sales data, monitor trends, and respond quickly to market opportunities. Consistently hit and exceed KPIs and commercial targets.
