JOB SUMMARY
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including assisting front office teammates with the necessary tools, training, and information; providing accurate payroll and HR administration; maintaining accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash handling procedures; and delivering a world‑class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures.

- 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment
- 1+ year of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
