As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

• Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience: helping customers find the perfect product and complete their purchase at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
• Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, help customers find what they need and discover items they didn’t know about.
• Store Standards – maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, replenish stock, assist loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.

• Passion for retail – a passion for all things retail, creating unique experiences for every customer.
• Love the customer – keen to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, and eager to partake in our learning programmes.
• Relationships that count – desire to build valued relationships with team members and customers.
