The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, help them find the perfect product, and assist with purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide brand bra fitting experience, give customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own merchandising and presentation of products, help customers find what they need and discover hidden desires.
- Store Standards – maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
- Passion for retail – love all aspects of retail and create a unique experience for every customer.
- Love the customer – keen to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, engage in learning programmes.
- Relationship builder – want to develop valued relationships with team and customers.
- Team Player – flexible, supportive, and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Fast is fun – thrive in a busy environment and adapt to varied tasks throughout the day.
