Boux Avenue in Reading is seeking a Team Manager to drive sales and deliver the Boux Avenue shopping experience. You will lead and inspire a store team, coach staff and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
You will work with the Store Manager to recruit, develop and motivate the team, manage stock and admin, promote promotions and loyalty schemes, and uphold health and safety and cost controls while representing the brand with passion.
