- Embodiment of brand excellence: act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador, providing luxurious service and merchandising standards.
- Trend‑forward knowledge: stay current on makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice.
- Achieving sales targets: consistently meet individual and counter sales goals set with your line manager.
- Building client relationships: proactively foster loyalty through in‑store and digital channels.
- Promoting events and activities: inform customers about upcoming in‑store events, promotions, and brand activations; travel to top doors to animate the skincare category.
- Brand advocacy: share expertise on internal and external social media platforms following company guidelines.
- Teamwork and training: participate in team efforts and complete required training programs.
- Administrative responsibilities: diligently complete daily and weekly tasks using designated platforms.
- Maintaining counter standards: uphold hygiene and housekeeping standards for a clean, organized, inviting environment.
