Floor Manager

As a Floor Manager, you will support daily store operations, lead the sales floor, and inspire a high‑performing team. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, driving commercial performance, and maintaining a clean, organised, and high‑standard environment.

• Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
• Drive commercial performance through effective shop‑floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
• Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to JD policies and processes.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop‑floor environment.

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance.

• Passionate about the JD brand, retail trends, and delivering a standout customer experience.
• Energetic, hands‑on leader who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment.
• Confident problem solver with strong customer‑resolution skills.
• Interest or experience in visual merchandising, product presentation, or brand standards.
