Tesco is seeking team members for store roles in Reading. The role starts early at 04:30am and focuses on friendly, proactive customer service across the store. You will assist customers, handle shelf replenishment, checkout duties, and online order picking, with occasional delivery support.
The team values inclusivity and flexible working arrangements. Colleagues are paid from £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25-area stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week.
