Boots is hiring for a Store Manager/Counter Manager to lead a No7 counter in-store in Reading. You will work onsite reporting to the Store or General Manager, and drive promotions while training and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
You’ll use skincare and makeup knowledge to advise customers, deliver personalised consultations, and maintain a vibrant counter presentation. The role includes completing the 12-month Skin School programme and representing the No7 Brand.
