- A role with a specialist business that genuinely understands and supports the angling community
- Opportunity to develop your retail management career

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing performance, training and development within the team
- Building strong relationships with customers and developing repeat business
- Handling customer and colleague issues confidently and professionally
- Working closely with the wider management team to achieve business objectives
We’re looking for a people-focused and commercially minded manager who enjoys leading from the front.
You’ll ideally have:

- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A confident and organised approach to running a busy store
- A genuine passion for fishing or angling, with a good understanding of fishing products and equipment
- The enthusiasm to share your knowledge and passion with customers
Don’t have retail management experience but are an experienced hospitality manager looking for a change? We’d still like to hear from you.
Equally, if you’re an Assistant Manager who is ready to step up into your first Store Manager role and you’re passionate about fishing, this could be a great opportunity.
