Tesco Colleague role in UK stores focuses on delivering friendly customer service, working as part of a team, and supporting daily store operations. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, assist with online orders, and maintain a welcoming environment across busy shifts.
Rates start at £13.28 per hour and rise to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week. We offer flexible hours and a range of benefits for eligible colleagues.
