The Role We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Optical Assistant who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming experience. Supporting patients with frame selection and spectacle dispensing. Taking accurate measurements and ensuring spectacles fit comfortably. Carrying out pre-screening and other clinical support duties, where trained. Assisting with spectacle collections, adjustments and repairs. Supporting the Optometrist and wider team to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Carrying out general administrative duties.
