The Role As an Optical Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by:
Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner Conducting pre-screening eye health checks Ensuring a smooth handover to the Optometrist Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses Providing personalised styling advice for glasses, sunglasses, and accessories Fitting, adjusting, and repairing spectacles Supporting patients with contact lens teaches and aftercare What's on Offer?
