Sales & Marketing Support Executive

• Support sales and marketing activity for our CPD programme.
• Follow up on marketing‑generated enquiries and conduct discovery calls to capture potential CPD customer details.
• Provide high‑quality, qualified leads to the Business Development Team.
• Respond to CPD requests, build and manage a target list and reach out to highly prized potential customers to identify CPD coordinators and book CPD sessions.
• Issue CPD certificates following completed sessions.
• Update CPD presentations and support the accreditation process.
• Set up design meetings for qualified enquiries.
• Pick up inbound enquiry calls to track new opportunities.
• Support marketing events and attend CPD events when requested.

• Understanding and experience of using Linked In.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach focused on delivering targets.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Good IT skills, including MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

• Salary of £32,000 – £35,000 per annum.
