Overview
Our client is a leading luxury property developer seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join the team working on a prime development in Reading selling their luxury apartments.
Responsibilities- Generate potential sales leads by liaising with agents and following up with potential customers.
- Progress reservations through to exchange.
- Ensure all compliance forms are completed to exchange and liaise with solicitors to avoid delays.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and act on new marketing ideas.
- Attend networking events.
- Create and present marketing videos on the development to be sent out on all social channels.
- Build relationships with agents.
- 2+ years in a property sales position with a proven track record in the new home/property industry.
- Experience in selling high end products.
- Construction/property experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent relationship building skills and questioning techniques.
- Personable and professional.
- Strong administration and IT skills.
