Excellent opportunity for someone from with proven management experience working in internal sales who is looking to work with a global business who are specialists in their sector.

Do you have internal sales experience working with a technical product base and providing solutions to customers? Are you looking for a role that allows you to increase your technical skills through dedicated OEM training and progression opportunities into senior roles?

This company have been established nearly 20 years and are specialists in the manufacture, installation and maintenance of high tech electronic equipment used in residential and commercial properties the world over. They have grown massively throughout their history and are looking for people to join their specialist team on their journey of rapid expansion.

In this role you will be leading a small sales team where you will be responsible for developing new leads and leading sales campaigns. You will have autonomy to lead campaigns and create sales funnels as well as working with the team to develop their abilities through reviewing calls and developing skills sales. This role will be Monday to Friday and require someone to be in the office full time.

The Role:

Leading a small internal sales team and running sales campaigns
Lead generation through campaigns via email and telephone
Developing sales team through training and mentorship

The Person :

Previous experience in leading an internal sales team
Background working with a technical product background, ideally in a solutions-led sales environment
Looking for progression and training opportunities with a global business
