🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

As a BDR, you’ll be the engine of the sales team - generating new opportunities and building the pipeline.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactively reaching out to prospective clients (cold calling & outbound outreach)
  • Following up on marketing-driven leads and turning interest into opportunity
  • Asking smart, targeted questions to uncover business needs
  • Booking qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues to close
  • Tracking all activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers over time
  • Learning the company’s solutions inside out and communicating value clearly

👀 Who We’re Looking For

  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-focused
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people daily
  • A strong communicator with confidence and energy
  • Keen to build a long-term career in sales
  • Ideally experienced in B2B sales, lead generation, or IT/Service Management (bonus, not essential)
