Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee and develop relationships with motor dealerships in a designated region. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, promoting warranty products and services, driving dealership sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Area Manager will also conduct regular meetings, provide training, and gather market insights to support business growth and enhance overall operations.
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the automotive or warranty industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and customer service.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the assigned area.
