Customer Success Migration Specialist (12 Month Contract)

Who you are:The Customer Success Migration Specialist is a full‑time, outbound‑focused commercial role dedicated to converting Verizon Reveal customers to the MyGeotab platform. You will engage them by phone, walk them through the benefits of switching, and support them through contract signature.
What you'll do:This people‑first, phone‑first role involves:
- Making outbound calls to Verizon Reveal customers to introduce MyGeotab and initiate the migration conversation.
- Clearly explaining the benefits of switching, tailoring your pitch to each customer's fleet and needs.
- Providing commercial proposals and pricing for new MyGeotab contracts.
- Walking customers through live or recorded platform demonstrations.
- Sending and following up on marketing materials, proposals, and contracts to keep deals progressing.
- Chasing signatures on open contracts and keeping on top of quiet customers.
- Planning daily call activity across new prospects, follow‑ups, and deals approaching close.
- Logging all activity and maintaining an up‑to‑date pipeline in Salesforce.
- Sharing customer feedback, common objections, and blockers to sharpen messaging and process.
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams when additional support or products are needed.
- Meeting weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, demos, and closed migrations).
- 1–2 years of outbound sales, business development, telesales, or customer‑facing commercial experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce, to log activity and manage a pipeline.
- Experience in B2B or technology sales is a plus but not required.
- Motivation, strong communication skills, and ability to build rapport quickly on the phone.
- Comfortable handling objections and staying positive when customers push back or go quiet.
- Organized self‑management of pipeline and consistent follow‑up.
- Willingness to learn the MyGeotab platform and develop demonstration skills.
