Business Development Executive – Twyford

£27,000 – £30,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission

Uncapped commission: recurring percentage of profit from closed sales, paid for the first 6 months of each account

Start date: July 2026

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll proactively identify and engage new customers through outbound calling, email, Linked In and online research.

You’ll be responsible for opening conversations, understanding customer requirements, qualifying opportunities, and passing well-profiled prospects to Account Managers for ongoing account management.

You’ll play a key role in building the sales pipeline and driving long-term, recurring revenue for the business.

• £27,000 – £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission structure - recurring revenue from sales
• OTE of £35,000 – £40,000 in Year 1

• Hold structured discovery conversations to understand customer needs and requirements
• Identify, qualify and progress genuine sales opportunities
• Book follow-up conversations or meetings where appropriate
• Pass qualified opportunities to Account Managers with clear handover notes

• Experience in a target-driven sales or customer-facing role
• Confident communicator, particularly on the phone
• Comfortable with outbound activity and opening new conversations
• Motivated by commission and long-term earning potential
• Organised, resilient and commercially minded
