Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and databases
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage stock and deliveries
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Previous experience in electrical wholesale is essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused approach
Salary negotiable dependent on experience + bonus
